Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use FirstPass NP.

FirstPass NP is currently a free, open beta. Features may change, break, or be added, and the service is provided as-is while we build. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll make the terms clear before you're ever charged.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

All questions, rationales, case studies, and other materials in FirstPass NP are original and owned by us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or use our content to train other models or build a competing product.

FirstPass NP is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). “FNP-C” and “FNP-BC” are certification marks of those bodies, used here only to describe the exams our materials help you prepare for. Our content is never reproduced from real exam items. Always confirm official exam details on the certifying body's website.

FirstPass NP is a preparation tool. We can't and don't guarantee that you'll pass your certification exam — your result depends on many factors. Any “First-Pass Promise” or similar offer, where available, is a loyalty benefit with its own terms and is not a guarantee of passing or a money-back guarantee. Our content is for educational purposes and is not medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgment.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no scraping or automated extraction of content; no uploading of unlawful, harmful, or other people's private information. In community features, be respectful — we may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, FirstPass NP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
